The average price for Swedish raw and planed sawnwood rose in November to an all time high of 226 Euro/m3. From January to end of September prices were of 205 Euro/m3 and in September of 215 Euro/m3. The Swedish sawmilling industry is benefiting from reduced Russian deliveries to Europe, problems of the Finnish wood industry and of the log supply problems in Austria. (Source: IHB)
