State forestry group Coillte has completed the acquisition of Clonmel-based timber board maker Weyerhaeuser Europe. The acquisition had been cleared by the Competition Authority earlier this month. Coillte also said the new business would be re-named as Medite Europe, due to the strength of the Medite brand name.(Source: IHB)
