The Constantia Holding, owner of FunderMax, signed a letter of intent with Kronospan Germany (P. Kaindl) to sell a large part of its panel activities. Kronospan will take over the particle board production factory in Neudörfl, the laminating unit in St Veit/Glan (Caryntia) as well as the company Sprela in Spremberg (Germany) and Falco in Hungary. The bio-fibre, Max Compact and impregnated paper activities of the holding do not form part of this deal. (Source:IHB)
